Wresting from 1983 -1989 Saint Louis High school multiple ILH championships. Finished top five in states in High School. Wrestled from 1989 -1991 Boise State University bronze at 1990 NCAA regionals. Judo 1978 -1986 multiple Jr. National bronze, silver, and gold. Competed on the Senior Level 1991- 2004. Senior-National championships - 2 bronze, 1 silver. Pan American - Bronze. US Open - Silver. Northwestern Championships - Gold. North Pacific Invitational Championships - Gold. Ladders Championships - Gold, Canadian cup open championships - Gold. New Zealand Invitational Championships - Gold. Collegiate National Championships - Gold.
